Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mere Teacher at mereteacher.com and its app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you should use the service with your parent's or guardian's consent.

1. Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your sign-in access private.
• One account is for one student only; do not share or sell access.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download in bulk, resell or publicly share questions, solutions, tests, videos or other content.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or bypass the security of the app.
• Use the service, including BroBot AI, for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes.
• Impersonate others or interfere with other students' use of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3. Content ownership

All questions, solutions, test series, simulations, videos, designs and software on Mere Teacher are owned by or licensed to Mere Teacher and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. Exam names such as JEE and NEET belong to their respective authorities; we are not affiliated with them.

4. Paid courses and subscriptions

• Prices, validity and inclusions are shown on each course or plan page at the time of purchase.
• Access is for the purchasing student only and ends when the stated validity ends.
• Refunds, if any, are as stated on the respective course page. Where no refund terms are stated, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.

5. BroBot AI and your Gemini key

BroBot AI answers are generated by AI and may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect; verify important points with your teacher or solutions. If you connect your own Google Gemini key, your use of it is also subject to Google's terms, and any usage limits or charges from Google are your responsibility.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep content accurate and the app available, but we do not guarantee error-free content, uninterrupted access, or any particular exam result or rank. To the extent allowed by law, Mere Teacher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

8. Governing law
